      目的:比较分析MRAMOTSA成像参数的变化对图像质量的影响。材料与方法:用静脉囊镶嵌法将18条犬制成三种类型(单侧型、分叉型、末梢型)颈总动脉囊状动脉瘤模型, 术后2周分别进行IADSA, 薄块多层重叠技术(multipleoverlappingthinslabacquisition;MOTSA)MRA检查, 测定不同的MOTSA成像参数(包括回波时间, 翻转角, 视野, 矩阵, 层面厚度, 层面定位)经MRA检查后图像上血管信号强度比值(SIR).结果:随着翻转角、视野、矩阵、层面定位角度的增大, SIR值增大。随着回波时间、层面厚度增加, SIR值减小。结论:MOTSA成像参数直接影响血管与静止组织信号对比度, 影响图像质量。
英文摘要:
      Purpose:To investigate the image quality of MRA with multiple overlapping thin slab acquisition (MOTSA) in the imaging parameters changes.Materials and Methods:18 canine carotid aneurysms (6 lateral,6 bifurcation,and 6 terminal) were constructed and examinated with IA DSA,MOTSA MRA in the 2nd week after the procedure.Imaging parameters changes included TE,flip angle,Fov,matrix,slice thickness,slice position.Relatively blood signal intensity rate (SIR) were acquired with different imaging parameters changes correction with MOTSA MRA examination.Results:The SIR increased with Fov,flip angle,matrix,angle of slice position.The SIR decreased with TE,slice thickness.Conclusion:TE,flip angle,vovel size,section orentation,flow compensation gradient echo are the key factors that influence the image quality of MOTSA MRA.
