| 对29例妊娠中晚期健康孕妇及24例轻中度妊高症患者进行超声心动图检查, 并分别应用二尖瓣血流多普勒、肺静脉血流多普勒与二尖瓣环组织多普勒方法评价其舒张功能改变。结果表明中晚期正常妊娠者心率及心输出量增加, 舒张功能未见明显受损；轻中度妊高症患者左房左室内径、左室重量均较正常妊娠有所增大, 舒张功能轻度异常, 且三种方法中, 组织多普勒方法更为敏感, 肺静脉血流多普勒分析作用有限。 |

| 29 normal pregnant woman in mid late pregnancy period and 24 patient with mild moderate Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (PIH) were examined by echocardiography.The diastolic dysfunction of left ventricle were assessed by mitral valve flow pattern,pulmonary vein flow pattern and tissue Doppler imaging (DTI) of mitral valve annular.The result demonstrated that heart rate and cardiac output increased while diastolic function were not affected in normal pregnancy.The weight of left ventricle increased and diastolic function were involved slightly in PIH.DTI seems more sensitive than flow Doppler in analysis of diastolic function. |
