| 本文报告应用CDFI超声检测除颌面部以外的软组织肿块53例,良性肿块45例,检出血流者31例占68.88%,恶性肿块8例,全部测出血流,良恶性肿块周边最大血流速度有明显差异（P<0.01）,提示:CDFI超声对良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断有显着的临床价值。 |

| Fifty three soft tissue bumps were studied using Doppler ultrasound(color Doppler flow imaging).The results showed that blood flow m was measured 31(68.88%) cases of 45 benign bumps,and all was measured of 8 malignant cases.There were significant difference in the largest velocity of peripheral blood flow between benign and malignant tumor(P<0 01).The author suggested that CDFI may had marked clinical vale for distinguish diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor. |
