| cases of biliary tumor were examined by using B sonography, color B sonography, color Doppler flow image and color power angio. Tumor were divided by anatomy into hepatic duct, common bile duct and gallbladder. This paper details and analysis the character of B sonography and operation etc. Authors think: it is most impotent that we must know the biliary anatomy, instrument,examine method, clinical medical knowledge and practice more and more. |
