| 为探讨军团菌病（LD）肺部X线、CT表现特点,回顾性研究了1993年1月至1996年4月军团菌病肺部影像学等资料齐全的连续性病例,共81例。其中胸部X线60例,胸部X线+CT21例。所有病例均符合军团菌病诊断标准。本组军团菌病肺部影像学表现出以下特点:①多样性；②胸水多见（26/81,32%）;③游走性（12/81,15%）;④周边分布（24/81,30%）;⑤临床症状影像变化分离（14/81,17%）;⑥病变吸收慢。病影像学表现缺少特异性,但有一定特点。军团菌病肺部影像学以上特点,对于本病的诊治有实用价值。 |

| To investigate the chest radiograph and CT features of patients with Legionnaires’ disease(LD). The chest radiograph and CT imaging data of 81 consecutive cases with LD from January 1993 to March 1996 were retrospectively studied. 60 cases got chest radiograph, 21 had both radiograph and CT scan. The diagnoses of 81 patients are all coincident with the criteria of LD. ① diversity;② frequent pleural effusion(26/81,32%);③ wandering(15%);④ shadows in the outer of lungs(30%);⑤ worse imaging but better clinical manifestation at the beginning of treatment(17%);⑥ slow healing. The imaging features of the disease are not all specific, but there are really some characteristics worthy to be considered. The recognition of imaging features of LD is practical for accurate diagnosis. |
