| 目的:寻找能直观、真实地反映肝脏质地的检查方法。材料和方法:对50例正常肝、50例典型肝硬化及50例心衰所致的典型淤血肝在心脏搏动力作用下的声像图进行对照研究。结果:正常肝脏在M型RV-LL切面肝压迹出现,波型与心脏搏动形式一致,两者幅深差绝对值<2mm;肝硬化肝压迹消失或明显低于心搏幅度,两者幅度差绝对值>4mm;淤血肝肝压迹出现变浅,但波形与心脏搏动形式一致两者幅深差绝对值<2mm与正常比较无差异。结论:实时M/B型声像图能够直观、真实地反映出整个局部肝脏质地状况。 |

| Purpose:For a method judging the hardness of liver visibly and really.Material and Method:Under the force of heart beats,the ultrasonographic features of hardness of the livers in 50 normal subjects and 100 patients with typical cirrhosis ,typical congestion of liver with heart failure were studied comparatively.Result:Normally,on the M/B mode (realtime) RV-LL section,the hepatic impression appears and agrees with the heart beats wave the absolute number of the difference between them<2mm;The cirrhosis,the hepatic impression disappears or obviously reduces the absolute number of difference>4mm;The congestion of liver,the hepatic impression appears and also reduces,but it's wave form agrees whith the cardiac one the absolute number of the difference<2mm (no significance of difference with the normal.)Conclusion:Realtime M/B mode ultrasonography wholly/partly reflects visibly and realy the hardness of liver. |
