| 目的:探讨非溃疡性消化不良（non-ulcerdyspepsia;NUD）患者胃液体排空功能特点。材料与方法:采用实时超声法对50例成年男女性NUD患者空腹饮用500ml的37℃温水后的胃液体排空情况进行研究。结果:男女性NUD患者在进餐后胃的各项测量值随时间呈递减速率缩减；且胃体-底部的变化较胃窦显着；NUD患者的排空延迟于健康受试者,并在胃体-底交界处与胃窦处、胃体-底交界处前后径与宽径方向的胃排空延迟的开始时间有显着不同；但患者的性别和年龄对排空过程的影响不大。结论:NUD患者的胃液体排空普遍存在异常；胃体-底交界处的饱满度（FB）在诊断NUD患者有很高的应用价值。 |

| Purpose:The aim is to evaluate the gastric emptying of patients with non ulcer dyspepsia (NUD).Materials and methods:50 patients were performed stomach measuring by real time ultrasound after drinking 500 ml warm water (37℃).Results:All of the gastric emptying index were found to be decreased with the time after meal.The change of upper stomach body (USB) is more visible than that of gastric antrum (GA).The test data of gastric emptying in these patients show a delay of gastric emptying rate of liquids (GERL) as compared with healthy volunteers.A significant difference of GERL between the USB and GA and/or between two right cross directions of USB was found in patients with initial gastric emptying delay.But there wasn't any obvious change of GERL between male's and female's patients and/or patients'age.Conclusion:In general,the NUD patients' gastric emptying of liquids was abnormal.The Full of USB(FB),an objective index,could be a very useful diagnosis method to detect NUD patients. |
