| 本文应用二维超声显像、频谱及彩色多普勒超声技术诊断8例主动脉缩窄患者,经血管造影或和手术证实。结果显示主动脉缩窄均发生在主动脉弓降部,表现为管型或局限性缩窄,彩色多普勒见缩窄处五彩镶嵌样细小血流束通过,连续波多普勒获得高速湍流频谱,同时伴心内畸形。文中对超声诊断主动脉缩窄的检查方法、严重程度评估及临床价值进行了分析探讨。 |

| Coarctation of the aorta (CoA) of 8 patients who subsequently underwent angiography or operation was diagnosed by two dimensional,spectrum and color Doppler echocardiography.Results showed that there were the part or tube coarctation in aortic arch and descending aorta,mosaic flow bundle passing through the region of CoA measured high velocity turbulent spectrum with color Doppler flow imaging and continuous wave Doppler and associated cardiac anomalies.Examining method of CoA,evaluating coarctation degree and clinic value with ultrasonic diagnostic technique were analyzed and discused in the article. |
