| 本文应用彩色多普勒超声评分诊断卵巢肿瘤137例,其中良性81例,恶性56例,以CDUS=4.0,RI=0.44作为良恶性肿瘤分类标准,并与手术或病理对比,其敏感性100%,特异性95.2%,准确性98.7%,表明两指标联合应用诊断卵巢肿瘤具有较好的可行性和实用性,对评价晚期肿瘤治疗疗效和选择治疗途径提供有力依据。 |

| This article deals with a diagnosis of 137 cases of ovarian mass by way of color doppler ultrasonography scoring.Out of them 81 were found benign and 56 malignant.With CDUS=4.0 and RI=0.44 as a criterian of the classification of tumors and with a comparison made between it and operations or pathologies,the sensitivity reaches 100%,peculiarity 95.2%,and accuracy 98.7%,which shous that the joint appliance of the tow ways to diagnose ovarian mass has better feasibility and practicality and,at the same time,provide a strong basis for the valuation on a curative effect on the late tumor and for the treatment to choose. |
