| 本文200例受检者中有7例发现有右肾前间隙增宽,3例右肾前间隙回声增强,系急性炎症所致,包括急性胰腺炎,十二指肠溃疡穿孔、急性阑尾炎,3例右肾前间隙回声正常,此间隙增宽的原因系邻近器官急慢性炎症疾病所致。1例在追踪随访中增宽原因未明。本研究结果提示:急性、慢性炎症疾病可能是致右肾前间隙增宽的主要原因。 |

| In 200 ultrasound examination,7 patients were found to have an increased width of the right anterior extrarenal space, a condition considered to be due to an acute inflammation incltding acute pancreatitis,acute appendicits,penetrated duodenal ulcer.Chronic inflammations of an adjacents organ were considered the cause behind the condition in the 3 patients with normal echogevicity.For the one patient,cause was not found during the follow up period.This study indicates that acute or chronic inflammatory disease of the abdomen could be the cause of an increase in the width of this space. |
