| 对66例血粘度增高的脑血管病病人颈部颅内动脉彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）检查结果进行回顾性分析，并与血粘度正常的脑血管病人进行比较。发现:①前者的颈总动脉（CCA）颈内动脉（ICA）椎动脉（VA）内斑块明显多于后者，以软斑多见；②前者无斑块的颈部颅内动脉Vmax明显低于后者。频谱以峰波平钝或圆钝的宽频带，舒张期较低平的宽频带为特征。 |

| Based on the analysis of color doopler flow imenge(CDFI)in extracranial cerebral artery of 66 cases whith blood viscocity increase.We finded,Plagues were found in this patients are more than patients whith normal blood viscocity;The Vmax in extracranial cerebral arterys opf 66 cases obviously less than patients normal blood viscocity;Doppler flow spectrafeature is low velocity with w ide freguenct band,and contract phase peak is gently or dome.Conclution:When CDFI appears above changes may prompt blood viscocity increas. |
