| 目的:报告12例少见畸形下腔静脉后输尿管的下腔静脉与输尿管联合造影表现。材料与方法:自1986-1995,我院共收集12例下腔静脉后输尿管。术前均进行了正侧位下腔静脉与输尿管联合造影。对该畸形的临床与X线表现做了回顾性评价。结果:12例男性10例，女性2例，年龄15～55岁。8例因肾积水首次就诊。放射学分类均为Ⅰ型（低袢型）、输尿管呈现反“J”型或“S”型。 |

| Purpose:To report 12 cases of retrocaval ureter,of which only 28cases were described in china till 1992.Materials and methods:From 1986-1995,12 consecutive patients were collected.The preoper ative inferior venacavog raphy together with ureteropy elograpy on both anterio-posterior and lateral projections had been made.The clinical and radio-logical findings were retrospectively evaluated.Results:Of 12 cases,10 were male,2 were female with age of 15-55 years.Hydronephrosis was the first cause of presentation in 8 cases.They were all classified radio logically as Type I(low loop)giving the ureter a rever sed J-shaped or S-shaped configuration.Conclusion:Inferior vanacavography together with ureteropyelography play a important role in the diagnosis and surgical treatment. |
