| 本文回顾性分析了25例既往行超声检查经手术证实的腹主动脉瘤的超声表现。用常规超声检查可鉴别真性腹主动脉瘤，假性腹主动脉瘤以及主动脉夹层瘤。而且通过彩色多普勒成象和频谱多普勒还可识别主动脉夹层瘤的真腔和假腔。超声检查可用于正确诊断腹主动脉瘤。 |

| Twenty five patient of abdominal aortic aneurysm proved by operation have been retrospectively analyzed for ultrasonographic presentation.True aneurysm,pseudo aneurysm as well as aortic dissection can be differented with conventional ultrasound examination,whereas the true lumen and false lumen of dissected aorta can also be identified by color Doppler imaging and spectral Doppler technique.Ultrasound examination is useful for diagnosing abdominal aortic aneurysm exactly. |
