| 为评价慢性青光眼视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的改变。对正常人20例40只眼和慢性青光眼29例44只眼进行彩色多普勒成像（CDI）检查，分析收缩期峰值速度（PSV）舒张末期速度（EDV）和阻力指数（RI）.结果：青光眼视网膜中央动脉PSV和EDV较正常眼明显慢，P<0.01,RI则显着增高，P<0.01.结果表明：慢性青光眼视网膜中央动脉血管床阻力增加，可能伴有供血受损。 |

| To evaluate the hemodyamics in the central retinal artery in patients with chronic glaucoma.20 normal subjects (40 eyes) and 29 patients (44 eyes) with chronic glaucoma were performed color Doppler imaging.The peak systolic velocity (PSV),the end diastolic velocity (EDV),and resistive index (RI) were determined.The results:Compared with normal subjects,the patients showed a significant decrease in the PSV and EDV in central retinal artery and a markerly increase in the RI P <0.01.The results showed:In chronic glaucoma,there is an increases in vascular beds resistance of the central retinal artery,it indicates the likehood of a compromised blood supply in this region. |
