| 本文分析了25例胃肠道克隆病的临床与X线征象。病变多见于回肠及回盲部。多发性病变占84%,肠道狭窄80%,溃疡52%,粘膜卵石征36%,脓肿和炎性包块20%.讨论了胃肠道钡剂检查及CT的作用,并强调了气钡双对比造影发现粘膜病变在早期诊断中的重要意义。 |

| The clinical and radiologic findings in 25 cases with crohn disease were analysed.The disease is frequently found in the ileum and ileocecal region.84% of patients had multiple lesions.Radiogically,stenosis of intestine was more freqent(80%) than ulceration (52%),cobblestone appearance of mucosa (36%),and inflammatory mass or abscess formation (20%).Gastrointestional X ray examination and CT play important roles in making diagnosis.Double contrast barium examination is useful in detecting abnormal mucosa in early stage of crohn disease. |
