| 本文应用经阴道与经腹彩色多普勒显象（TVCDI、TACDI）两种扫查法,对38例盆腔静脉曲张症（PV）患者进行检测,并与手术对照,比较其诊断价值。结果表明:TVCDI与TACDI的诊断符合率均较高（91%、80%）.两种方法间比较显示TVCDI的诊断符合率及病变部位检出率均明显高于TACDI,有显着性差异（P<0.05）,显示出TVCDI具有独特的优越性。本文根据CDFI特征,参照手术所见,对PV病变程度进行了估价,分为轻、中、重度,为临床治疗及手术提供了可靠依据。 |

| This article compares the diagnosis value of TVCDI with TACDI in 38 cases of surgically essessed pelvic vericosis (PV).The results showed that the diagnosis acuracy rate is high in both methods (97% and 80% vespectively).The diagnostic acuracy rate and the site detectable rate is significantly highes with TVCDI than TACDI、with statistical significance ( P< 0 05, P< 0 01 vespectively) showing the uique superiosity of TVCDI.According to the features of color doppler imaging,and efersing the susgical seen,this article alse classified the PV in three categories namely,mild,moderate and severe which provided the basis for diagnosis and selecion of surgical and modality. |
