| 经阴道彩色多普勒超声对28例有正常排卵周期妇女的双侧子宫动脉血流在月经周期不同时期进行了连续性观察。结果显示:正常子宫动脉血流的阻抗在月经初期较高,排卵前即开始下降；黄体中期显着下降。探讨了产生这种物理现象的生理基础；认为子宫动脉血流的阻抗能反应正常生育期妇女的排卵周期的变化,并提出了正常值范围,为以后的病理研究提供了基础。 |

| A cross sectional examination of both uterine arteries blood flow among of 28 nonpregnant normal women at the different stages of their menstrual cycles.The results showed that high impedance of the uterine artery blood flow was observed during the primary phase of menstrual cycle and began to decrease the day before ovulation.During the midluteal phase of the menstrual cycle,the impedance to the uterine artery blood flow is a significantly lower.This phenomenon was discussed with combination of the characteristic of uterine blood supply.It concluded that the uterine artery impedance study can reflect the change during the normal ovulatory menstrual cycle and data presented can be used as a foundation for the study of pathology. |
