| 本文报道经手术证实23例先心病并发感染性心内炎患者的超声结果。超声检出率较(78.3%)血培养(52.9%)高。超声漏诊原因与赘生物较小及检查与手术间隔时间长有关。本组赘生物附近部位与先心病类型有一定关系。 |

| The echocardiographic findings of 23 cases of congenital heart disease with infective endocarditis confirmed by surgery was reported.The positive examination rate of echocardiography (78.3%) was higher than the blood culture (52.9%).The reason of missed diagnosis of echocardiography were a small vegetation and a long interval of echocardiographic examination to the surgery.The attached location of vegetation was relative to the types of congenital heart disease. |
