| 癫痫的MRI检查可明确发作的病因, 且能准确反映继发性癫痫灶的形态及信号变化。本文对89例癫痫的MRI检查证实了对继发性癫痫颅脑病灶的诊断价值, 并讨论了颞叶癫痫海马的MRI表现与神经病生理的相关性, 认为MRI做为癫痫诊断的影像学研究方法有着重要意义。 |

| Epileptic cause could be defined by MRI examination which may exactly demonstrate the morphologic and signal feature in epileptic faci.This group of 89 cases verified the diagnostic evaluation with MRI.we discussed the relationship between sign of MRI and pathophysiology change of temporal hippocampus and considered that MRI is nesessary and significant as an imaging reseach method in diagnosis of epilepsy. |
