本文分析69例急性胰腺炎的CT表现, 并将其按CT表现分为单纯水肿型(23例), 出血坏死型(28例), 合并感染型(18例)三个类型。

英文摘要:

The CT appearance of 69 cases of acute pancreatitis were analyzed. They were devided into three subtype according to CT findings:hydropic(23 cases),hemorrhagic-necrotic(28 cases),complicated (18 cases). The author concluded that correct subtype grouping and earlier finging of hemorrhage and necorsis is the key of increasing survival rate.
