| 肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤是一种少见的、无功能的良性肿瘤。只有当肿瘤体积明显增大或内部有出血及坏死时可产生临床症状, 常见症状为腰酸或腰痛。我院超声科自1989年至1994年共查出6例, 所有病例均手术证实, 并将每例超声图像与病理切片图像进行比较, 超声图像是以密集增强光团为特征, 边界清晰, 个别病例肿瘤内部合并出血时, 可见不规则液性暗区；病理切片图像可见大量脂肪细胞和部分骨髓造血细胞, 对于出血病例可在脂肪细胞周围见到成堆红细胞。 |

| Myelolipoma of adrenal gland is rare usual nonfunctional and benign. Epigastric might be the common clinical symptoms that be due to an increase in tumor mass or parenchyma bleeding.Six cases of myelolipoma of adrenal gland as verified on open surgery were presented from 1989 to 1994.All of the cases’reports of ultrasonic and CT were compared by the ultrasonic images with pathology.The typical feature of ultrasonic image was the highlight photosphere with clear edge.Some cases with parenchyma bleeding were presented with irregular liquid shadow.Amount of mature adipose cells and partial areas of myeloid tissue were observed during the histo-pathological research. Larger focal areas of red cells were found around the mature adipose cells with cases of parenchyma bleeding in the tumor. It was valuable for diagnosing of the disease by ultrasonography and CT examinations. |
