| 本文回顾性分析绝经后出血187例的阴道超声表现, 针对其子宫大小, 子宫内膜厚度、内膜与肌层分界、质地及病变特点, 结合病理内膜进行对照分析。结果显示：子宫内膜平均厚度萎缩型为3.4mm、增生期内膜11mm、内膜息肉为11.5mm、内膜非典型增生为14mm、子宫内膜癌内膜22mm.提出阴道超声测量绝经后正常子宫内膜厚度<5mm. |

| A postpective study on Transvaginal sonography examination was perfomed in 187 postmenopausal women with vaginal bleeding.The ultrasonographic features was detected about location、thickness、dimension、characteristics of endometrium.The results were compared with pathologic findings. Atrophy endometrial thickness was 3.4mm.hyperplasia thickness was 11mm、endometrial polyps thickness was 11.5mm、atypical hyperplasia 14mm,and endometrial carcinoma thickness was 22mm.The results show that the normal thickness of endometrium for postmenopausal women should be less than 5. 0mm by transvaginal sonography. |
