| 本文应用彩色多谱勒对110例正常人220只眼视网膜中央动脉血流进行检测, 结果表明收缩期峰值速度和加速度无论男女都随年龄增加逐渐下降, 两参数与年龄相关系数分别为γ=-0.79, γ=-0.81, 成明显的负相关。在同年龄组二个参数指标男性大于女性, 收缩期峰值速度和加速度49岁以下年龄组与大于50岁年龄组相比较有明显差异, P<0.05. |

| Blood flow of the central retinal artery(CRA)was determined in 220 normal orbits with color Doppler imaging.The result showed that peak sysrolic velocity(PSV) and acceleration(A)were decreased with aging in male or female group.It was found that PSV and a showed markedly negative correlation with ahe.Their coefficient of correlation were-0.79 and-0. 81,respectively.Value of PSV and a was significantly higher in the male group than in the female group with the same age stage,and in less than 49 year old group than more than 50 year old group(P<0. 05) |
