| 本文对彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)的成像原理与普通的彩色多普勒血流成像技术(CDFI)作了对比分析, 并对CDE的应用技术和图像特点进行了较全面的阐述。指出本技术的特点：成像参数为能量, 成像不受超声声束和血管方位的影响；图像特点：显示的血流丰富、血管连续性好、能显示较完整的血管树或血管网、无色彩倒错或混叠现象、能显示流速低, 范围广的血流信号。因此认为CDE较CDFI具有更多的优点。 |

| The principles of Color Doppler Energy(CDE)and conventional color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)were presented and compared in this paper.Some technical issues and characterizations of CDE were also described in detail. While the imaging parameter of CDE is the Energy but not the velocity and acceleration, the imaging is not affected by the orientation of vessels or the incedent beam angle.So CDE has a superior image with a good consistency of vessels ,even having a "vessel tree" or "vessel net".CDE can display the information in a wide dynamic range and there is no aliasing on the CDE imaging.Finally, the authors discuss the mothodology in CDE operation and conclude that the CDE has a promising future in clinical practice. |
