| 本文采用经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像(TVCDI)技术观测了34例盆腔静脉曲张症(PV)患者, 将TVCDI测值与手术测值进行了相关性分析, 并比较了单侧与健侧间盆腔静脉各测值的差异。结果表明：TVCDI测值与手术测值呈明显正相关, 尤以疗变相关性最好(r=0.94).18例单侧PV的患侧与健侧间盆腔静脉各测值均有显著性差异(P<0.01), 符合PV的病理改变。本研究认为TVCDI的测值均可准确反应手术测值, 是无创性诊断和评价PV的首选方法。 |

| The study analysed the correlation between colordapplers imaging technique(TVCDI) and Surgically measured relevant parameters in 34 cases of pelvic varicosis, and compared the statistieal differences between each parameters of pelvic viein in the disease and normal sides. The result showed signicant correlation the two group parameters measured by TVCDI and Surgery,especially the pathological affected area is best correlated(r=0.94). Highly significant difference was found in disesed and normal pelvice vein parameters in 18 patients who were affeated only unilaterally(P<0.01),which is in accordance with pathological changes of pelvic varicosis.This study considered that the TVCDI measured values accurately reflect the surgically measured values,and first-line non-invasive technique of diagnosis and evaluation of pelvic varicosis. |
