| 本文对46例超声首诊经病检证实的胆囊隆起性病变结果进行了分析。在46例中：胆固醇性息肉44例, 其中1例因伴有模糊声影误诊为胆囊结石；胆囊腺癌伴结石1例；胆汁淤滞1例。 |

| Ultrasonography diagnosis of 46 cases with elevated lesions in the gallbladder confimed by pathological examination are studied. In the 46 cases, 44 cases were cholesterol polyp of gallbladder, one of which was misdiagnosed as gallbladder stone because having indistinct shadow, 1 case was adenocarcima of gallbladder and 1 case was cholestasis with stone. The results indicate that color Doppler flow imaging and B mode ultrasonography are useful for indifferent benign/malignity of elevated lesion in the gallbladder and early diagnosis of the malignant tumour. |
