      应用99mTc-EC对13例正常人和90例各种肾疾患病人进行肾动态显像, 同时获得有效血浆流量(ERPP), 肾血流灌注, 肾图及肾动态显像等资料。结果表明:99mTc-EC图像清晰。13例正常人ERPF为418.54±73.32, 慢性肾实质性疾病、原发性高血压、肾性高血压、泌尿系结石病人的ERPF较正常组减低, 肾功能和肾血流灌注也有不同程度下降, 肾性高血压的ERPF低于原发性高血压。99mTc-EC肾动态显像是一项无创伤性和简便安全的肾功能检查方法。
英文摘要:
      Effective renal plasma flow renal blood perfusion, renography and renal imaging were performed using 99mTc-EC in 13 normal and 90 various renal disease. The results showed that the imaging obtained with 99mTc-EC was more clearer than with 99mTc-DTPA. The normal value of ERPF was 418. 54±73. 32ml/min,and the values of ERPF in patients were remarkably lower than these of normal cases. The renal blood perfusion and function in patients were also dereased to some extent respectively. And the values of ERPF in renovascular hypertension were lower than these in essential hypertension. Our results suggest that 99mTc-EC is a simple, noninvasive and reliable method for renal function studies.
