| 应用超声心动图观察27例8～12岁单纯肥胖症儿童及18例同龄健康儿童心血管系统的变化。发现肥胖儿组室间隔与左室后壁厚度、左室心肌质量均较对照组明显增加(P均<0.001), 左室心肌质量与体重呈明显正相关(n=27, r=0.333, P<0.05), 而心指数则较对照组明显下降(P<0.001).提示单纯肥胖症在儿童期即对心血管系统有明显的影响, 必须及早引起重视。 |

| To study the changes of cardiovascular system in simple obese children,27 children of over 120% ideal body weight aged 8-12 years old and 18 age matched children of ideal body weight were observed by echocardiography.It was found that interventricular septum, posterior wall and left ventricular mass were significantly increased in boese children group than control group ( P all<0.001), and there was positive correlation between left ventricular mass and body weight (n=27,r=0.333, P<0.05), but cardiac index was significantly decreased (P<0.001).It was suggested that there were obvious changes in cardiovascular system in the early stage of obese children. |
