| 本文分析了股骨颈不典型骨髓炎的临床及X线表现。发病年龄偏大,无急性感染症状是其临床特点。纯溶骨破坏区是其X线特点,但因发病部位不同,其病灶形态有差别：发生在骨皮质区,病变为长条状；发生于骨松质部则呈囊状。本文还讨论了鉴别诊断问题。 |

| The Clinical and X-ray manifestations of atypical osteomyelitis of the neck of femur were analyzed in this paper. The age of the patients were comparatively old with absence of acute affectious symptoms. Osteolytic destruction was the main X-ray manifestation. When the lesion was located in the cortex of long bone,it usually appeared as a bandlike or a stripelike osteolytic focus. If in the spongy part,it was a cystic area of bony destruction. Differential diagnosis was also discussed in this paper. |
