| 应用超9彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,采用经阴道彩色多普勒,观察66例妇女(22例健康生育期,16例不孕兆,18例早孕,10例绝经期)的卵巢动脉血流变化和卵巢功能周期性变化的关系,其结果表明：随着卵泡的发育,卵巢动脉舒张期血流有规律的增加。血流频谱特征性改变和卵巢新生血管增加有关,而卵巢的血供和卵巢合成的内分泌激素密切相关。此技术在探寻不明原因的不孕及监测排卵有重要的临床应用价值。 |

| Transvaginal color Doppler was used to observe regularity between ovarian arterious blood flow and ovarian periodic change in a group of 66 women including 22 health fertile women,16 infertile,8menopausal,18 early pregnancy by ultramak 9 color Doppler Ultrasonic apparatus. The result showed that a gradual increase in diastolic flow of ovarian arteries with follicular growth.There was a marked increase of diastolic flow in the ovulation,corpus luteun,early gestation phase, consistent with decrease in vessel resistance.The characteristic change of blood flow spectrum results from neovascularization,whereas the change of circulation in ovarian have close correlation with the eatrogens level of ovarian synthesis. It showed that technique has applied value on researching course of infertile and monitoring ovulation. |
