| 本文介绍了应用超声检查拟诊宫颈妊娠13例,经临床及病理证实为9例。宫颈妊娠的声像图特点为：宫体正常大小或稍大,宫颈膨大呈葫芦状,管壁回声不均,膨大的颈管内可见妊娠囊或极不均匀的回声光团。文章最后讨论了主要误诊原因。 |

| Thirteen patients with cervical pregnancy were examined by ultrasound, 9 cases of them were proven by clinic and pathology. The ultrasonographic chacteristics of cervical pregnancy were that the uterine size was normal or a litter bigger,the big cervix looks like a lageniform,its wall was thick and had uneven internal echoes,and the gestational sac or uneven light mass were observed within the big cervical tube. At last the main causes of diagnostic error were discussed. |
