| 本研究利用实时超声显像和放射性核素肝胆显像分别测定8名正常受试者脂餐后胆囊排空功能。结果表明：胆囊收缩早期,实时超声显像对胆囊收缩反应有更敏感的趋势,晚期则放射性核素肝胆显像更明显。但两者在不同时像的排胆分数无统计学差异(P>0.02),且呈显着性直线相关(r=0.96,P<0.001).提示,两种检查方法在胆囊排空功能的测定中所提供的信息是一致的,并可相互使用。 |

| In this study, both real-time ultrasonography and cholescintigraphy were used to respectively quantitate the gallbladder emptying response to fat diet in 8 normal subjects.The results of the study indicated that:there was a tendency toward greater gallbladder greater responses at aholescinttigraphy during the later phase of gallbladder contraction.But no significant differences (P>0.02)were observed between the emptying fractions of two methods during different time phages,and they showed a hightly significant linear correlation(r=0.96,P<0.001)Those suggest that the two methods provids the same information relating to gallbladder emptying and can be used interchangeably for measuration of gallbladder emptying. |
