| 本文报告30例胸膜转移瘤的超声诊断结果,所有病例均经胸水细胞学和胸膜活检等证实。根据不同图像特征将胸膜转移瘤的声像归纳为三型：胸膜增厚型、结节隆起型、块状浸润型。超声显示各型转移瘤15例(50%),并检出原发肿瘤18例(60%).文章详细地讨论了胸膜转移瘤的各种声像表现及鉴别诊断的方法,认为B型超声对胸膜肿瘤的诊断明显优于X线,在某些方面可弥补CT的不足。 |

| The ultrasonographic results of 30 cases pleural metastases were reported.All of them were confirmed by pleural fluid cytodiagnosis and pleural punch biopsy.On the basis of characteristic echoes,the pictuers of pleural metastases were divided into three types.Ultrasonography demonstrated metastatic carcinomas of the pleura throughout the region of fluid in 15 of 30 patients(50%).18 cases(60%)of original tumor were detected by B-ultrasound.In this article,the characteristics of the ultrasonography of pleural mass and differential diagnosis were discussed in detail.B-ultrosound is better than X-ray in demostrating tumors of pleura,and can make up the insufficiency of CT. |
