      在彩色多普勒血流显像技术指导下,应用连续波多普勒超声获取23例冠心病患者的二尖瓣返流频谱,计算左室压力上升速率(△P/△t),与心导管法△P/△t比较,二法具有高度相关性(r=0.86,P<0.001);与心血管造影EF比较,r=0.87,P<0.001.表明多普勒超声无创性测定左室△P/△t准确可靠,能真实反映左室收缩功能变化。
英文摘要:
      In this study,mitral regurgitation velocity curve of 23 cases of coronary artery disease were obtained by continuous wave Doppler echocardiography,guided by coloc Doppler flow imaging,to calculate the rate of left ventricular pressure rise(LV △P/△t).The results show that there is a good linear correlation between Doppler-derived LV △P/△t and not only LV △P/△t calculated from cardiac catheterization(r=0.86,P<0.001)but also ejection fraction (EF) obtained from angiocardiography(r=0.87,P<0.001).The study suggests that LV △P/△t derived from the rising segment of the continuous wave Doppler mitral regurgitation velocity curve is reliable and accurate.
