| 本文应用10MHz高频探头检测28例48眼白内障患者，经临床特殊检查和手术病理证实。B超检出44眼，总符合率为91.7%（44/48）.44眼晶体声像图表现可分为三型：皮质型、核型和完全型（混合型）.B超对核型和完全型（混合型）诊断符合率为100%,皮质型有4例假阴性（11%）.本文对各型声像图表现及假阴性作了研究与探讨。 |

| Using 10MHz high Frequency probe,48 cataract eyes of 28cases were examined,all cases were confirmed by special clinical examines operation and pathology.The accuracy of sonography diagnosis was 91.7%.The ultrasaund appearences of lens were classified into three patterns:cortical,nuclear and complete(mixed).Both the accuracy of nuclear and complete cataract were 100%,that of cortical was 89%,4 cases of cortical being false negative,All patterns of cataract sonography were studies and false negative results of sonography were analysed and discussed. |
