| 应用二维及多普勒超声心动图评价19例大动脉炎患者的心脏形态及功能改变，结果心脏及大血管内径正常11例；左房左室扩大，左心功能低3例；中重度肺动脉高压2例；升主动脉扩张2例和中等量心包积液1例；二尖瓣返流5例；三尖瓣返流8例；主动脉瓣及肺动脉瓣返流各7例。本文研究结果表明大动脉炎累及心脏和大血管病变的超声表现：类似扩张型心肌病，肺动脉高压，主动脉扩张及心包积液，心脏各瓣口均可出现关闭不全。 |

| The heart strucrure and function of 19 cases’aortoaberitis were evaluated by two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography.Results:Eleven eases of normal diameters of heart cavity and great vessel, three cases of enlargement of left atrium and ventricle with decreasaeing left ventricular function,two cases of middle -severe pulmonary hypertension, two cases of aortic artery enlargement,one case of middle-pericardial effusion, five cases of mitral regurgitation,eight cases of ticuspid regurgitation, seven cases of aortic regurgitation and pulmonic regurgimtion,respectively were found with two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography.The research results demonstrated that manifestation of aortoarteritis involved in heart cavity and great vessel was "dilated cardiomyopothy"pulmonary hepertension. Aortic arery enlargement.Pericardial effusion and regurgitation of each valves in heart cavity. |
