| 我们分析了11例经手术和病理证实的颅内表皮样囊肿的MRI和CT表现, 认为：表皮样囊肿为内层覆扁平细胞的囊性肿物, 其生长方式决定了其形态特点依其所在部位而定。位于脑实质内的为球形, 位于脑池的为扁圆形, 位于蛛网膜下腔并长入脑实质内的为不规则形。其MRI信号变化较多, 这主要取决于瘤内的成份。本文报道的其中合并出血一例, 信号表现更为复杂。在诊断中强调要注意与脑膜瘤和蛛网膜囊肿的鉴别。 |

| cases of MRI and CT findings of intracranial epidermoid cysts proved by operation and pothology have been analyzed. It is considered that the epidermoid cyst is a cystic tumor covered with pinacocytes at inside layer. Its shape feature depends on the growing location. It shows spherical when it grew in the brain, oblate in cisterns and irregular in subarachnoid space and then growing into the brain, The variety of its MRI signals is mainly decided by the contents in tumor. One case with bleeding of them is reported in this paper, its signal is more complicated. It is emphasized that more attention should be paid to differentiation intracranial epidermoid cyst from meningeoma and arach-noid cyst in diagnose. |
