| 国外开展纤维内镜下摘除胃肠道粘膜下良性小肿瘤已有10余年历史,但各家褒贬不一。笔者于1979年在国内首次成功地应用内镜下高频电凝摘除胃肠道粘膜下小(<2厘米)肿瘤以来,迄今已治疗粘膜下病变12例。本文就经纤维内镜治疗胃肠道粘膜下良性病变的可行性进行评价。 |

| This paper reports 12 cases of gastrointestinal submucous lesion treated by endoscopic wire snare, i. e. two cases of gastric leiomyoma, two cases of esophageal leiomyoma, one case of gastric fibroid,one case of aberrant pancreas, one case of colonic lipoma,one case of colonic lymphangioma,one case of esophageal mucous cyst,one case of duodenal mucous cyst and two cases of colonic mucous cyst. All the lesions were successfully treated except the one of gastric fibroid. After following up for six months to one year,there was no recurrence. Our work demonstrates that the small benign submucous solid tumor can be resected through the endoscopic wire snare if the base of the tumor is smaller than two centimetres in diameter, and the big mucous cyst can be treated by drainage with an endoscopically created opening into the cyst. |
