| 我院于1988年3月开展了经食道超声心动图检查(TEE)。资料和研究方法本组共136例,包括门诊检查93例,手术检查43例。男74例,女62例。年龄12～61岁,平均32.5岁,12岁以下不予TEE检查。TEE检查采用美国Hewlett—Packard77420CF型多功能心脏超声诊断仪和食道探头21362A。 |

| 136 patients (pts) including 93 out pts and 43 pts during operation were studied during March--May 1988. There were 74 males and 62 females with a mean age of 32.5(12--61)years. The various cardiovascular disorders were congenital in 56 and acquired in 80.Hewlett Packard cardiac diagnostic instrument 77420 Model and 5MHz transesophageal transducer Model 21362 were uasd:① The successful rate of TEE was 100%; The transducer was inserted without difficulty in 132 pts(97%). The remaining 4 were with enhancing local anesthesia; ② All the TEE studies were completed but one(98.9%); ③ Out of 136 pts only 3 pts complicated supraventricular tachycardia, who were with rheumatic valvular heart disease and huge left atrium. |
