| This paper mainly describes the principle,method and system of digitalimage processing for automatic classification of karyotype chromosome by a computer,and puts emphasis on discussing extraction and rotation of single chromosome in anyposition in order to defeature extraction,coupling and classification in aunified way fin-ally,a karyogram is given as a result. |
