      吸烟与呼吸系统疾病、心脑血管疾病等密切相关,已成为当今社会最大的公共卫生问题。大范围控烟势在必行,了解吸烟的内在机制,有针对性地指导、干预戒烟则是首要任务。近年来fMRI研究的发展揭示尼古丁所致脑功能与结构的改变,极大地丰富了我们对烟草成瘾机制的研究,揭示了其功能结构改变是导致成瘾形成的关键,进而从改变脑功能方面寻求戒烟的方法,为临床提供新思路。
英文摘要:
      Smoking is closely related to respiratory diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and is the biggest public health problem in society today. It is imperative to control smoking in a large scale. It is a primary task to understand the internal mechanism of smoking in order to directing and intervening smoking cessation. In recent years, the fMRI advances revealed changes of brain function and structure caused by nicotine. These findings greatly enriched our research on the mechanism of tobacco addiction and reveals that the change of functional structure is the key to the formation of addiction. We seek ways to quit smoking from the aspect of changing brain function, providing new ideas for clinical practice.
