      目的 观察经导管动脉注射玻璃酸酶联合尿激酶溶栓治疗兔眼动脉栓塞的价值。方法 将27只健康新西兰大白兔随机分A、B、C 3组,每组9只,以微导管超选择至兔眼动脉,注射透明质酸,建立兔眼动脉栓塞模型;建模30 min后,经超选择性动脉插管,分别对A、B及C组兔眼动脉注射尿激酶、玻璃酸酶及玻璃酸酶联合尿激酶,并行眼动脉造影观察各组溶栓情况,观察玻璃酸酶联合尿激酶溶栓治疗兔眼动脉栓塞的价值。结果 建立兔眼动脉栓塞模型耗时12~57 min,平均(23.04±10.05) min。溶栓后10 min,A、B及C组兔眼动脉开通率分别为11.11%(1/9)、22.22%(2/9)及44.44%(4/9);溶栓30 min后各组开通率分别为11.11%(1/9)、22.22%(2/9)及55.56%(5/9),组间两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),但B及C组眼动脉未能开通的兔眼球周围血运较溶栓前明显改善。结论 经导管注射玻璃酸酶联合尿激酶溶栓可用于治疗兔眼动脉栓塞。

      Objective To observe the value of transcatheter intra-arterial injection of hyaluronidase combining with urokinase for thrombolytic therapy of ocular artery embolization rabbit models. Methods Totally 27 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into group A, B and C (each n=9). The ophthalmic artery of rabbits were superselected with microcatheter, and hyaluronic acid was injected to establish rabbits of artery embolization. Thirty minutes after establishment of models, urokinase, hyaluronidase and hyaluronidase combining with urokinase were injected into the ophthalmic artery of rabbits in group A, B and C through superselective arterial intubation, respectively. The thrombolysis effect of each group was observed with angiography. The value of hyaluronidase combining with urokinase for treating rabbit models of ocular artery embolization was observed. Results The establishment of rabbit ophthalmic artery embolization models took 12-57 min, with an average of (23.04±10.05) min. Ten minutes after thrombolytic therapy, the opening rate of ophthalmic artery in group A, B and C was 11.11% (1/9), 22.22% (2/9) and 44.44% (4/9), respectively, while 30 minutes after thrombolytic therapy, the opening rate was 11.11% (1/9), 22.22% (2/9) and 55.56% (5/9), respectively. There was no significant difference of the opening rate between each 2 groups (all P>0.05), whereas periocular blood supply in rabbits with not reopened ocular artery in group B and C became more abundant than before thrombolysis. Conclusion Transcatheter intra-arterial injection of hyaluronidase combing with urokinase could be used for thrombolytic therapy of rabbit ocular artery embolization.
