      肾纤维化是慢性肾病病程中的病理变化,为终末期肾病的病理表现。实时评估肾纤维化程度可协助临床及时调整治疗方案。实时剪切波弹性成像可根据肾组织硬度评估肾脏病变程度。本文对实时剪切波弹性成像评估肾纤维化的应用进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Renal fibrosis is pathological changes of the course of chronic kidney disease, as well as manifestations of end-stage renal diseases. Real-time assessment of the degree of renal fibrosis can help to timely adjust clinical treatment. Real-time shear wave elastography can be used to assess the degree of renal disease based on renal tissue stiffness. The applications of real-time shear wave elastography in evaluation on renal fibrosis were reviewed in this article.
