目的 探讨进食和民族因素对声脉冲辐射弹性成像(ARFIE)测量肝脏实质硬度的影响。方法 选取119名健康志愿者按民族(汉族和维吾尔族)分为汉族组(n=70)、维吾尔族组(n=49),通过ARFIE技术分别测量其空腹、进食后0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 h的肝脏剪切波速度(SWV)并进行统计学分析。结果 汉族组与维吾尔族组间年龄、性别及体质量指数(BMI)差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两组空腹状态下SWV值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组进食后0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 h的SWV值差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001),两组SWV值随进食后时间变化趋势相似(P>0.05),均表现为0.5 h显著增高(与空腹比较,P<0.05),1.0 h达峰值(与0.5 h比较,P<0.05)、1.5 h开始下降(与1.0 h比较,P<0.05),2.0 h 降至空腹状态水平(与1.5 h比较,P<0.05,与空腹状态比较,P>0.05)。结论 进食影响ARFIE测定的肝脏SWV,进食2 h内SWV高于空腹状态,2小时后降至空腹状态水平;民族因素在空腹状态及进食后各时段对肝脏SMV无影响。 |

Objective To evaluate the influence of food intake and nation on the measurement of liver stiffness measurement (LSM) by acoustic radiation force impulse elastography (ARFIE).Methods Totally 119 healthy volunteers were recruited and divided into two groups accordance to their nations (Han group and Uygur group). Shear wave velocities (SWV) were measured when subjects were fasting and after food intake for 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0h respectively by ARFIE. The difference of SWV was analyzed statistically.Results There was no statistical difference of the age, gender and body mass index (BMI) between Han group and Uygur group (all P>0.05). There was no statistical difference of liver SMV before food intake (P>0.05). The diffierences of liver SWV between two groups after food intake for 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 h were statistically significant (all P<0.001). The two groups have similar trends over time, showing that the liver SWV was rising at 0.5h after food intake (compared with fasting, P<0.05), at 1.0h reached to peak (compared with 0.5 h, P<0.05), at 1.5h began to decline (compared with 1h, P<0.05), at 2.0h was back to fasting state levels (compared with 1.5h, P<0.05, compared with fasting state, P>0.05).Conclusion Food intake has influence on the SMV of liver by ARFIE. The SWV is obviously higher than that in fasting condition at 2h after food intake, and after 2h it is down to fasting state level. Nation factors have no effect on the liver SMV by ARFIE in the fasting state and after eating all the time. |
