| 分子分型中，三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）多属于的基底样型，由于其高度侵袭性、预后差、缺乏靶向治疗方案，一直是近年来的研究热点。目前，诊断TNBC的特异性影像学征象很少，超声为乳腺癌筛查最常用的检查方法。本文对超声诊断TNBC的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Most of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) belong to basal-like subtype, due to their aggressive biologic behavior, poor outcome and lack of targeted therapeutic strategy, which has always been a topical subject in the recent years. In addition, imaging characteristics are very few for TNBC. Ultrasound is the most common way for screening breast cancer. The sonographic progresses in the diagnosis of TNBC were reviewed in this article. |
