      自寨卡病毒(ZIKV)爆发以来,很多研究均证实产妇感染ZIKV与胎儿病理性小头畸形及脑损伤有关。超声检查胎儿头围及颅内结构在诊断胎儿小头畸形中有重要价值,结合ZIKV检测可指导临床进行ZIKV相关胎儿小头畸形的产前检查及早期干预。本文对超声诊断ZIKV相关胎儿小头畸形的价值进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Since the outbreak of zika virus (ZIKV), many studies have proved that fetal pathologic microcephaly and brain damage is associated with ZIKV infection during pregnancy. Ultrasound examination of fetal head circumference and intracranial structure has important value in the diagnosis of fetal microcephaly. Ultrasonography combined with ZIKV tests was used to guide prenatal examination and intervention of fetus microcephaly associated with zika virus. The diagnostic value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetus microcephaly associated with ZIKV was reviewed in this paper.
