多发骨髓瘤(MM)是一种以骨髓浆细胞单克隆性增生为特征的恶性肿瘤,全身扩散加权成像(WB-DWI)以高对比度、高敏感度、可重复性好等优点已成为骨髓病变的主要影像学检查方法,WB-DWI不仅提高了病灶检出率,在MM的诊断及疗效评估等方面也具有重要的临床意义。本文对WB-DWI在MM中的应用进展进行综述。 |

Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant disease which is characterized by proliferation of bone narrow monoclonal plasma cells. Because of its excellent image contrast, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, whole body DWI (WB-DWI) is emerging as a major tool for imaging bone marrow lesions. WB-DWI not only improves the detection rate of MM lesions, but also has an important clinical significance to assess therapeutic responses. The progresses of WB-DWI in MM were reviewed in this article. |
