| 目前，超声弹性成像在成人肝脏中的应用相对较多，且日趋规范，在儿童肝脏中亦有一些应用，主要集中在胆道闭锁及慢性肝病方面，在正常儿童肝脏中的研究亦有少量报道。本文就超声弹性成像在儿童肝脏中的应用及其研究进展进行综述。 |

| Nowadays, ultrasonic elastography is widely used in adults' liver, and it is becoming increasingly standardized. There is also some application in children's liver, and it mainly concentrate on the biliary atresia and chronic liver diseases. There are also a few reports focusing on normal children's liver. In this paper, the application and research progresses of ultrasonic elastography in children's liver were summarized. |
