| 目的 探讨阑尾黏液性囊腺癌的CT和MRI表现和诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的10例阑尾黏液性囊腺癌的临床和CT、MRI资料。结果 10例中4例呈不规则分叶状、6例呈长圆形或长管状；5例囊壁有钙化，8例囊内可见明显不规则分隔，9例见壁结节；增强扫描示囊壁、分隔及壁结节均可见不同程度强化；5例发生腹腔假性黏液瘤。结论 阑尾黏液性囊腺癌的CT和MRI表现有一定特征性，对帮助临床治疗方案的制定有重要价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of CT and MRI findings and diagnosis of appendiceal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma. Methods Clinical and CT and MRI data of 10 patients with appendiceal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectivly. Results In 10 cases, 4 cases were not rule lobulated, 6 cases were oblong or long tubular; 5 cases had cyst wall calcification, 8 cases had intracystic obvious irregularly spaced. Mural nodules were found in 9 cases. Enhanced scanning showed different degree strengthening in cystic wall and septum and wall nodules. Abdominal pseudo viscous liquid tumor occurred in 5 cases. Conclusion CT and MRI manifestations of appendix mucinous cystadenocarcinoma have certain characteristics, and has value on formulating of clinical treatment. |
